Follicular Unit Extractor also known as FUE, Fox or CHO method, is small punch grafting where one or two hairs are from the donor area and placed in a micro incision in the recipient area.
The procedure is indicated in certain cases. Overall the donor take is less than the gold standard of Follicular Unit Transplantation. It costs more and takes a longer period of time to get a good result with density.
Small round scars remain and there is  scarring beneath each punched-out area.
This technique is indicated in certain people.
